The subscription renewal period runs from Jan 15 to April 30, 2014 and all seats are assigned during the late spring and early summer. If you are a new subscriber or are changing your seats, we may ask you to give us multiple choices when you place your order to help ensure we can seat you. We will always try to accommodate your first choice, however, when availability is limited, you may be seated in one of your alternate choices. Do not give choices for seats/prices you do not want. All seating requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
All sales are final and subscription orders are non-refundable. We will contact you with additional options if we cannot accommodate any of your seating choices. The COC does not accept orders that are conditional upon seating requests, or orders that have less than the required number of choices.
All subscription seats are assigned during the late spring and early summer, and tickets are mailed out in August.
Subject to availability, Premier and Select subscribers can exchange their tickets to another performance of the same opera. This can be done up to—and no later than—one full business day prior to the original performance date. Exchanges are free for Premier subscribers. For Select subscribers, there is a per-ticket service charge. You cannot exchange tickets from one opera to another.
Lost tickets can be replaced free of charge by contacting COC Ticket Services. If you forget your tickets on the day of the performance, we will be happy to replace your tickets at the Four Seasons Centre Box Office.
Return any subscription tickets you cannot use to COC Ticket Services at least one full business day prior to the performance date, and we will issue the purchaser a charitable tax receipt for the face value of the tickets. The COC does not issue tax receipts for non-subscription tickets.
