Wordless Dreams American violinist and literary scholar Keir GoGwilt presents a compelling program of sonatas and songs without words, including the Canadian premiere of his own paraphrase of Schubert’s song "Nacht und Träume," based on Samuel Beckett's short television play by the same name. Also on the program will be Prokofiev's first sonata, Milhaud's second sonata, and transcriptions of two of Berg's Seven Early Songs: "Die Nachtigall," and "Traumgekrönt".
