The Ensemble Studio Performance of Semele

The artists of the Ensemble Studio performed on Wednesday in a special performance of Semele, stepping into the complete production while working closely with the creative team and mainstage cast. Mireille Asselin and Ambur Braid shared the role of Semele; Christopher Enns sang the role of Jupiter; Rihab Chaieb performed the dual role of Juno/Ino with her sidekick Iris played by Jacqueline Woodley, and Philippe Sly sang the roles of Cadmus and Somnus.

Take a look at these photos showing them in action, and read the reviews from Opera Ramblings, Theatre Isn't Dead, and No Rules, No Lights! All photos are by Michael Cooper.
